Cover Photo:
Q - "I can't change the cover photo from the girl with in the red dress"
A - That photo is just a place-card to show the album cover window. Your first photo selection of your child will appear in its place.
Please Note - albums have sleeves and photos can be rearranged after you receive them.

Album Cover Colour:
Q - "How do I/How can I select the album cover colour?"
A - We currently have a selection of 4 album colours - Light Blue, Green, Pink and Purple. You are able to select your album cover colour by choosing 'Change Design' after selecting your album package. The four colour options will then be presented for selection.
Please note - on occasion, a certain colour may not be in stock.

Q - "I like this photo but want to change certain things"
A - There is an edit option for photos allowing you to crop closer or further to achieve the framing you like.

Watermarks:
Q - "What happens to the watermark images across my photos?"
A - These will not be there when you receive your photos or your digital copies.


DIGITAL FILES & DOWNLOADS

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ‘DIGITAL DOWNLOADS’ EMAIL / LINK
Once you have ordered, you will receive two emails, one is a receipt and the other includes a link back to your account to download the digital images. Please, check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders – the email can sometimes end up in there.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS TO MY COMPUTER?
1.Visit ordermyphotos.com.au and log into your account,
2.Go to 'Digital portraits' menu and
3.Click 'My Downloads'

(You can either download all files at once by selecting download by using ZIP file or click 'DOWNLOAD PICTURE' on each file)

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS TO MY PHONE?
Downloading digital images will vary depending on your phone/device - If possible, we recommend downloading the images to your computer using the above instructions. If this is not possible, please view the below video

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, IS IT ALL IMAGES?
The Digital Downloads will include all images that you see in a single child’s folder except for the group photo. This includes sibling or other types of shots that your account may contain.

IS THE GROUP / CLASS PHOTO INCLUDED IN THE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?
No, for privacy reasons we are not allowed to offer digital copies of the group / class photos. (As much as we would love for you to have it!)
You are welcome to purchase it as a print in any size.

I’VE DOWNLOADED MY DIGITAL FILES – HOW DO I UNZIP THEM?
You should be able to ‘Right Click’ or ‘Double Click’ on the folder - this varies from computer to computer,
Then choose the option ‘Extract’ or ‘Extract to here’.
The folder should then unzip and a new folder will appear - your photos are in here.
